Charthouse’s Chef William Poolman really served up an amazing “Surf and Turf” with a sauce au jus that made the lobster even better somehow! The fried asparagus to start and the key lime pie to finish were hard to finish but somehow I did !

Here are some of the hot dishes served this year during Monterey Bay Restaurant Week and are some of the top dishes served at these restaurants now during our traditional ‘harvest season’ so be sure and keep dining on the Monterey Peninsula at one of these great restaurants and try something new.
